Directions from Madisonville:  Take highway 22 from Madisonville.  After you cross into Tangipahoa Parish, the facility is about a mile up on the right. 

Directions from Hammond:  Take Interstate 12, exit off at Robert exit.  Go south on highway 445.  Take a left on highway 22, go 3 miles and the facility will be on the left.

Hours of Operation:  Monday - Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (lunch break from 12 p.m. - 1 p.m.); After hours or on the weekend (by appointment only)
